The central government has announced to give the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the highest honor of Indian cinema, to actor Mithun Chakraborty. Mithun, who has been the hero of hit films like 'Mrigaya', 'Disco Dancer', 'Suraksha' and 'Pyar Jhukta Nahi', will be given this honor on October 8 at the National Film Awards ceremony. Mithun said, I had never even dreamt that I would get the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Let us tell you that Mithun has already been awarded the third highest civilian honor Padma Bhushan on April 22.
