Two death certificates of the same person have been made from different addresses in Rohtak CHC Lakhan Majra. After the truth came out in the investigation of the officers of the Health Department, the Lakhan Majra police station has registered a case on the complaint of Dr. Bhavna, Senior Medical Officer of the Registrar Birth-Death Office, CHC Lakhan Majra. Dr. Bhavna said in the complaint letter that on March 8, Hisar advocate Suresh Goyal Hisar had lodged a complaint. Two death certificates of deceased Satish have been issued in CHC Lakhan Majra. Investigation revealed that on 17-06-2022, the address of Satish son Abhay Ram was shown as village Sisar Tehsil Meham in the death certificate, while in the second death certificate Satish son Abhay Ram Ward-1 Meham is shown. On investigation of both the death certificates, it was found that the death on 17-06-2022 took place in KD Hospital Lakhan Majra.
