Mumbai | Anil Ambani's company Reliance Infrastructure is going to get Rs 1,100 crore capital from the promoters. Apart from this, two Mumbai-based investment firms will also invest Rs 1,900 crore in the company. On Thursday itself, the company's board approved the plan to raise Rs 6,014 crore. Out of this, Rs 3,014 crore is to be raised through preferential issue and Rs 3,000 crore through qualified institutional placement.
