Ashwin Navratri Mela is to be held from 3rd to 12th October at Mata Mansa Devi Temple. On Monday, DC Dr. Yash Garg held a meeting with the officials of various departments including the members of the Shrine Board regarding the preparations for the fair. Due to the assembly elections, there will be no VVIPs in this Navratri Mela, nor will passes be made for VVIPs or their family members.
This time, the administrative officials themselves will perform the puja and havan at Mata Mansa Devi Temple on the occasion of the beginning of Navratri. DC and Chief Administrator of Shrine Board Dr. Yash Garg said that a large number of devotees will come to the Ashwin Navratri fair. Keeping in view the convenience, all the necessary arrangements should be completed before time. In this, disabled and pregnant women will be given priority in the darshan of Mata.
