A case of embezzlement of Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) by several hospitals has come to light in Telangana. The matter came to light due to fake bills of some hospitals and some people of the state. These fake bills were submitted for the approval of the Chief Minister. When the matter came to light, Revenue Department officer DSN Murthy lodged an FIR.
The FIR accuses the hospitals of forgery and cheating the state government. CID will investigate the entire matter. Let us tell you that CMRF is made available to help people who have lost their property in natural disaster, accident victims, health problems and people in emergency situations.
