England's limited overs captain Jos Butler has been ruled out of the T20 series against Australia. Butler's calf injury has not yet healed. In such a situation, Phil Salt has got the T20 captaincy in place of Butler. Salt also captained Manchester Originals in The Hundred in place of the injured Butler. If Butler is not fit for the ODI series, then Jordan Cox will appear in his place. The three-match T20 series between England and Australia will start on September 11 and the 5-match ODI series will start on September 19.
