Chandigarh | The terminal of Hisar's Maharaja Agarsain Airport will be in the shape of a conch shell. Its design has been prepared. It will be finalized soon. After this, tender will be issued for the construction of the terminal. Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala held a meeting with officials in Chandigarh on Tuesday. Dushyant told that the capacity of the terminal at the airport will be increased from 30 people to 50 to 55. The tender process for the building will start soon. The airport is to be made operational by November 1. Under the Regional Connectivity Scheme, air service will be started from Hisar on nine routes to different states. After completion of various works, passengers will be able to travel on these routes by 48 seater plane.
