America's tennis player Coco Gauff has reached the next round of Indian Wells. Sixth seed Gauff defeated Spain's Cristina Bucassa 6-2, 6-4 in straight sets. It was the 18-year-old Gauff's 50th WTA 1000 level match. She is the second teenager to do so after the premiere format came in 2009. Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova had played 53 WTA 1000 level matches before she turned 20. Now Gauff faces Czech Republic's Linda Noskova. At the same time, second seed Stefanos Tsitsipas fell victim to an upset. Jordan Thopson of Australia defeated Tsitsipas 7-6, 4-6, 7-6.
