The country's Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat gave a strong message to China in a gesture on Monday amid a border dispute between the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh between India and China.
He said that during the Corona epidemic, China tried to change the status quo on the north-eastern border of LAC, but our troops would leave no stone unturned to protect the border. The Indian Armed Forces are fully capable of defending the borders of the country and we have prepared ourselves to face every kind of challenge.
On the occasion of the launch of the Navy warship INS Himagiri built at the Gardenerich Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) in Kolkata, Rawat stressed that the country is ready to deal with any situation. Our army has prepared for such situations.
Whether these challenges are met on land or in the air or at sea. I can say with full confidence that our three forces are able to overcome it and give a befitting reply to the enemy country.
