Google is working towards integrating its Chromecast streaming device and Nest audio speakers. A recent report pointed to such integration and now Google has confirmed to the Wall Street Journal that the company is working on such a solution.
There was already a link in Chromecast and Nest or the old Google Home, with the help of which users with a voice from Google Assistant device were able to control Chromecast, but there is talk of making it even more useful in the future.
In the future, the sound will be controlled from the TV itself with the help of Nest Audio Speakers, but the limitation will be that it will work only when the user will stream the content from Chromecast.
There is no strong news about it, but the report says that it is likely to come anytime in the near future.
